Whole House Water Filter System
Whole house water filter system. Easily installs on the outside of your home and is installed inline on your main water supply, usually after the outside taps. Includes Heavy Duty 20 inch single Housing with 1 inch or 1.5 inch inlet and outlet allowing a high flow rate of filtered water to your home. System includes your cartridge preference, strong powder coated mounting bracket and opening spanner. Twin whole house systems available in checkout below. Your 20 inch Whole House Water Filter system is twice the length and diameter of standard 10 inch in line housings to provide maximum contact time to remove contaminants. Advanced Water Filtration recommends for sediment removal only a 5 , 10 or 20 micron pleated 20" x 4.5" cartridge, which is completely washable to remove sediment build up allowing maximum flow rates. If your wanting to remove chlorine we use a Matrikx 10 micron 20" x 4.5" Carbon Block cartridge for people who have allergies and skin irritations and require to remove chlorine from all their household water. Please note that due to high flow rates, a Whole House Water Filter System will not remove pesticides, insecticides and other dangerous chemicals. It is recommended that additional filtration such as a countertop or undersink water filtration system be installed to ensure a completely contaminant free drinking water quality.
